The BNP's campaign for 'justice'

The BNP have campaigned against the 30 month sentence given to Kevin Hughes who was charged for assault. This was largely because the evidence was given by a victim who happened to be a 'twice failed asylum seeker who conducted his actions in court through an interpreter after he claimed he could not speak English,'.

Whether or not the offendent was rightly punished is beside the point. The BNP are clearly prepared to encourage discrimination against non English speakers in courts as well as condone thuggish violence. Their far right status is a disgrace and they must not progress any further either in grassroots politics or at constituency level.

Is it true that no medical evidence was ever presented of any assault? Please inform me if this is false.
